Mr. Trascher is based in Valley Forge, Pennsylvania. That strategic location is within two hours’ drive of consulates, embassies, United Nations and federal agencies in both Washington DC and New York City, and has easy access to three major international airports of Philadelphia, Newark and Baltimore-Washington.

Operating from Valley Forge since 1991, Mr. Trascher has independently performed Owner Representation, Project Management and Specialty Consulting services for various industrial sectors spanning five continents.

The services offered are generally aligned with key requirements existing in the environments of developing countries such as food production, military activities or business intelligence.
